Halloween: The Game Update Adds Free Tower Farm Map
The Halloween: The Game update arrives October 27 with a free Tower Farm map inspired by Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers, plus two paid Michael Myers skins drawn from Halloween 5 and Halloween (2018).
IllFonic says the Tower Farm map will be free for everyone who owns the game. The same drop will add the two Michael skins for $9.99 each, along with paid Civilian and costume packs and a set of free quality-of-life updates.
Halloween: The Game Update Makes Tower Farm Free
Tower Farm becomes the game’s fifth multiplayer map and moves the 1v4 hunt away from Haddonfield’s suburban streets. The new setting includes country roads, cornfields, farmhouses, barns, a filling station, a harvest festival and a trailer park, giving Michael Myers and the Civilians a more open environment to stalk and escape through.
The map is the first major content addition since the game launched September 8. Before launch, Halloween: The Game also presented AMC’s three-night Halloween trilogy event, which gave fans a chance to revisit the original films immediately before entering IllFonic’s version of Haddonfield.
Michael Myers Gets Halloween 5 and 2018 Skins
The Halloween: The Game update also expands Michael beyond his 1978 appearance. The Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers skin and Halloween (2018) skin will each cost $9.99. IllFonic says Christopher Nelson, who sculpted the mask for the recent Halloween trilogy, is supervising the 2018 mask design.
A $9.99 Civilian Characters Pack adds Michelle and Eugene. A separate $9.99 costume pack includes 14 Halloween outfits, one for each character, with 42 color tints. The Tower Farm map and the update’s features, fixes and quality-of-life changes remain free.
IllFonic describes this as the first in a series of post-launch content updates planned across the game’s first year.
