CODE EXIT Demo 2.0 Is Now Live on Steam

CODE EXIT Demo 2.0 is now available on Steam, with the co-op survival-horror game also featured in Steam Scream Fest V, which runs October 26–November 2. Phase 8 Studio’s updated demo launched October 23; the full game is planned for 2027.

Published by LINE Games, CODE EXIT sends one to four players into the AI-run Pantheon facility. The team must evade Minerva, a rogue AI that adapts to player behavior. The new build adds an onboarding tutorial, interface refinements, customizable keyboard controls and multiplayer optimizations.

What CODE EXIT Demo 2.0 Adds for Co-op Players

MiRO, a support robot, gives players who have been eliminated a way to assist teammates still in the run. The update also adds Offline S.O.M.A., a system that reacts to nearby noise and player actions.
