The Holy Boy Trailer Offers a First Look at Shudder’s New Horror Film

The Holy Boy trailer is now online after Shudder released its official preview on Wednesday, October 28. The Italian horror film will stream on Shudder beginning Friday, November 27, according to AMC Networks’ official November schedule.

Directed by Paolo Strippoli, The Holy Boy follows Sergio, a teacher sent to Remis, a secluded village described as Italy’s happiest. The villagers gather each week around Matteo, a teenager whose embrace is said to relieve pain and sorrow. The official synopsis presents that ritual as the start of a darker mystery.
