Hell House LLC Theatrical Release Set for October 29

The Hell House LLC theatrical release is bringing Stephen Cognetti’s original found-footage horror film back to the big screen for its 10th anniversary, with screenings beginning October 29.

Iconic Releasing lists Hell House LLC 10th Anniversary for October 29 through November 1. The engagement gives audiences a new chance to see the 2016 release in theaters just in time for Halloween.

Hell House LLC theatrical release celebrates 10 years

Written and directed by Stephen Cognetti, Hell House LLC follows a documentary crew investigating the deadly opening night of a Halloween haunted house attraction. Terror Films, which distributes the film, lists the original release at 93 minutes and unrated.

The anniversary run comes after the franchise expanded well beyond the original film, including Hell House LLC II: The Abaddon Hotel, Hell House LLC III: Lake of Fire, Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor and 2025’s Hell House LLC: Lineage.

For found-footage fans, the Hell House LLC theatrical release puts one of the genre’s modern franchises back in a theater setting rather than its more familiar home-viewing environment.
